An immigrant from Bulgaria, Vania has over 27 years of experience in immigration law. Throughout her successful career, she has handled matters in all areas of immigration law. From family-based immigration such as relative and fiancé petitions – to business/employment and investment immigration (e.g. E, L, R visas, EB1/2 immigrant petitions) – to naturalization, Vania works tirelessly to give our clients the best advice and outcomes possible.

As an immigrant who restarted her legal career in a new country, with a new language, and under a different legal system, Vania is keenly attuned to the experiences, needs and challenges of immigrants beginning a new life in the U.S. while navigating complex immigration laws and procedures. Vania is an avid reader and traveler, always curious about foreign lands and people and what makes our world uniquely diverse and yet one. Vania is fluent in Russian and Bulgarian and has a working knowledge of French, Serbian, Croatian, Macedonian.
