Meet Ben D. Huynh
Ben D. Huynh serves as Of Counsel to the Herman Legal Group. He has practiced exclusively in U.S. employment-based immigration law since 1995 in the state of Texas. In addition to being a solo practitioner, Ben has had successful stints with an immigration boutique firm in Houston, a Fortune 500 company in Austin and in the immigration section in Dallas at one of the U.S.’s largest law firms.
As a Vietnamese refugee and a naturalized U.S. citizen, Ben is passionate about immigration law and in his belief that hard-working and innovative immigrants grow the U.S. economy and benefit the U.S. both financially and culturally.

As a global citizen, Ben enjoys learning world history and experiencing different cultures and has
visited over thirty-five countries. He is also an accomplished pianist and tennis player and, more currently, enjoys coaching his twins (the Huynh Twuynhs) in youth soccer.
