Welcome to our scheduling page! You are welcome to add a consult to our calendar. Please know that our consultation fee is $200 for the 1-hour, one-on-one session with Richard Herman.
We will contact you shortly for confirmation and the meeting details.
Prior to the consultation, Richard will contact you to briefly discuss your case, determine whether our law firm can assist you and whether formal 1-hour consultation is warranted. We respect your valuable time and resources, and we will not conduct a one-hour consultation unless we believe we can provide critical information and hopefully a path to immigration success.
Consultation fees can be paid by credit card, PayPal, check. or cash, and shall be paid prior to the beginning of 1-hour consultation.
Our law practice is national and we serve clients throughout the U.S. and the world. These days, most of our meetings with clients and prospective clients are conducted online, via Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp, Facetime, or Google Meet.
We are currently offering in-person meetings in Cleveland, Columbus, Ann-Arbor, Charlotte, and Miami.
For employment-based immigration matters, Attorney Charmaine Rozario also assists in conducting consultations.
