Join Our Team

Our team is like a family. We are lawyers and paralegals from around the world, speak over 12 languages, and enjoy working and hanging out together.

We’ve come together to help our individual, family and corporate clients navigate the complexities of the U.S. immigration legal system. We do this important work by sharing and fostering a supportive culture that values trust, compassion, and a fierce dedication to our clients.

  • From around the world

  • Speak 12 languages

  • Working and hanging out together

We help people apply for green cards and work visas, as well as defend against deportation. We work in all immigration law facets, including federal court litigation, employer sanctions, waivers, and investment immigration.

We also love to visit micro-breweries, take boat rides on Lake Erie, celebrate special occasions, hike, go to concerts, and share ethnic delicacies!

We are on a mission to protect our clients from the vagaries and sometimes the immigration system’s cruelty. We take great pride in helping clients achieve their goals while riding the choppy waters of an ever-changing immigration landscape. We are like Sherpas — finding the hidden tunnel through the foreboding mountain (in this case, the U.S. federal government!). The reward is seeing our clients’ happy faces. Many of them become our friends for life.

These values form the basis of our team culture:

  • Never quit attitude
  • Honesty
  • Support each other
  • Leave egos behind
  • Take pride in everything we do
  • Open communication
  • Never-ending quest to learn and grow
  • Have fun!

We provide a supportive environment to learn and grow new skills while flexing your muscles towards owning your job, independence, and self-empowerment. You will have an impact on people’s lives.

We family-focused employer and provide the space and time to attend to family needs.

When necessary, we will provide flexibility and remote work options due to COVID and other emergencies.

We provide compensation relative to work experience, productivity, and client happiness.
