  • You’re not allowed to record anything while inside the field office. Also, the agency asks you to keep your phone on mute while in the visiting area and power it off during your interview.

Case Processing Times

Case processing times are available on the USCIS site. If you have submitted an I-90, I-102, I-765, N-400, or one of these other 10 forms, then the agency will choose the new method to calculate the processing duration. Here are three examples of this new method for the Greer field office:

  • Citizenship and Issuance of Certificate Under Section 322 (N-600K): 10 to 22.5 months
