Meet Tameem Ansari

Tameem Ansari joined the Herman Legal Group in early 2025. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Biology from Cleveland State University. Motivated by his own immigration experience and a commitment to advocating for underrepresented communities, he pursued his Juris Doctor degree at Cleveland State University College of Law. After completing law school, Mr. Ansari relocated to Chicago, Illinois, where he began his legal career as a prosecutor with the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office, handling criminal cases. He later transitioned to immigration law, joining a well-regarded firm in Glen Ellyn, Illinois handling family petitions, visa applications, asylum, removal, and other cases. Later, he returned to Cleveland to continue his practice in immigration law.
