Meet Ben D. Huynh
Of Counsel
Ben D. Huynh serves as Of Counsel to the Herman Legal Group. He has practiced exclusively in U.S. employment-based immigration law since 1995 in the state of Texas. In addition to being a solo practitioner, Ben has had successful stints with an immigration boutique firm in Houston, a Fortune 500 company in Austin and in the immigration section in Dallas at one of the U.S.’s largest law firms.
As a Vietnamese refugee and a naturalized U.S. citizen, Ben is passionate about immigration law and in his belief that hard-working and innovative immigrants grow the U.S. economy and benefit the U.S. both financially and culturally.

As a global citizen, Ben enjoys learning world history and experiencing different
cultures and has visited over thirty five countries. He is also an accomplished pianist and tennis player and, more currently, enjoys coaching his twins (the Huynh Twuynhs) in youth soccer.
